Back in the game!

So I have decided I’m finally fed up with the way I look and the way I feel again. :( I was looking at my weight loss pictures from last time I decided to get healthy and they gave me that needed kick in the ass to get moving again!!

My dad bought me a recumbent bike and it’s smack dab in front of my tv! I have no reason now not to work out at least once if not several times a day!

I am off the prozac now which should help me lose weight since it’s not there killing my metabolism. In other words NO EXCUSES!! I know I can be as thin and as healthy as I want to be. All it takes is just doing it!

I don’t want my daughter dealing with this either. I plan to include her in my workouts as well and as soon as I have the regular energy we’re going to be ACTIVE people!

My first goal is to lose 25 pounds and get back into the clothes I have sitting in the closet waiting for me. My workout goal will be to workout on the bike for 20 mins a day for 5 out of the next 7 days.
